Hot Take-closing Commentary:

Break out the popcorn, kiddos! Your new favorite animal-cigarettes are here and they’re… what? Oh, that’s ‘Tatty and Misifu,’ not ‘Tatty and Mis-ift.’ Phew! So they’re adorable animated critters and not health warnings. Gotcha. Meanwhile, if you thought the sun only radiated heat and vitamin D, brace for cuteness overload as the ‘Sunny Bunnies’ also promise to radiate joy and laughter! Seems like Media I.M. is on a role, arguably setting the ‘bar’ quite high (or should we say ‘bunny high’?) in the 3D animation world. It’s safe to say there’s more to these series than funny names and cute animals – it’s about pioneering creativity, in 3D! So, sit back, relax and let these gripping tales occupy the kids while you enjoy that well-deserved cup of coffee. Up next? Perhaps “Grumpy Gophers” or “Dancing Dingoes”? The possibilities are endless!

Unveiling the First Broadcast Sales for Pre-school Series by Media I.M. Incorporated – A London-based company widely recognised in the domain of premium animation and family entertainment distribution. This post brings to light its first sales for Tatty and Misifu, a pre-school series, as well as new deals for the beloved legacy property, Sunny Bunnies.

Success of Sunny Bunnies brought to you by Media I.M. Incorporated

Sealing the deal for all five seasons of Tatty and Misifu (57 x 5 mins) was Media I.M., licensed to Janson Media for Amazon Prime, HappyKids – a US AVOD platform, and Kidoodle.TV – a Canadian children’s streaming service. Brought to life by Barcelona-based Toy Town Kids, this 2D animated series revolves around the thrilling adventures of a small witch and her loyal kitten, Misifu, in a magical realm.

As Sunny Bunnies celebrates a decade under Media I.M.’s representation, new deals have been inked for the hit pre-school brand’s further seasons, which is now in its ninth season. The anticipation and success surrounding Sunny Bunnies is not confined to just one continent, but has spread on a global scale.

Originally released on YouTube in 2015, Sunny Bunnies today airs in over 160 countries, supported by a robust L&M strategy specifically in sectors such as toys and publishing. The brand’s ninth season made its debut on YouTube in December 2024 and has been one of its best performing seasons yet, garnering close to 12 million views and over two million hours of watch time since its launch.

Introduced in the ninth season, Mimi, a small green frog with a broadly cheerful smile, has been successful in making a permanent place in the Sunny Bunnies universe and the hearts of its fans. Children worldwide have found her playful personality and kindness endearing and irresistible.

Media I.M’s co-founder Irina Nazarenko shared her thoughts:

Our productions, whether it’s Tatty and Misifu or Sunny Bunnies, are built on the foundation of offering simple, joyous fun through vibrantly animated antics that not just entertain, but also impart important life lessons. The success and popularity of these shows among kids, as well as adult buyers is a testament to this unique blend.

Media I.M. is set to showcase its latest acquisition, a 3D animated series Zola and Friends at MIPCOM. The adventures centred on Zola, a white rhino, and her quirky friends in Tanzania’s Serengeti nature reserve, is co-produced by New Delhi-based Wordsword Creations and Ontario-based Double Dot Studios.
