Tippi T-Rex Stomps Her Way into China
Global Expansion Through Animation: Tippi T-Rex’s Journey
In the ever-humorous world of prehistoric animation, we couldn’t ignore the recent dino-sized move by European animation company Ánima Kitchent and Indonesian animation studio, Mocca Studio. Seems Tippi T-Rex has stomped her way into a distribution agreement that brings her prehistoric mischief and power-puffed dino charm to the land of the dragon – China. This comes fresh off the back of an announced co-production for a whopping 26 new 5-minute bite-sized (pun intended) episodes of her show.
Tippi T-Rex is not just rick-rolling into China; she’s on a global domination spree! From European animation studios to Indonesian co-productions, the world very well might be Tippi’s playground. And who can resist a preschool-friendly stomping T-Rex anyways? If this doesn’t indicate a Jurassic-sized expansion for both animation studios, I don’t know what does! You know what they say: “The T-Rex might be extinct, but its animated TV market demand, it seems has just begun to roar.”

The series has been swooped up by 24 Bridges, a dominant subsidiary of Beijing-based Bridges Culture Transmission Co. Ltd. The deal was midwifed by GoldBee, a Barcelona-based distributor with a speciality in children and family content.
As a result of a four-year partnership that builds upon the series’s prominence in Asia, the deal with 24 Bridges will see 52 fresh 5-minute exclusive episodes of the 2D series along with 4 songs and 14 approximately 3.5-minute-long episodes.
Ánima Kitchent’s innovative content strategy centers around a digital-first, metric driven approach. Their journey commenced with short-form video testing on YouTube, sophisticatedly interpreting performance metrics and scaling up to longer multi-platform formats. This unique methodology assisted in optimizing content engagement, attaining maximum impact hence rolling out an entire season composing of 52 5-minutes-long episodes with collaborating partner, Mocca Studio.
With this latest game-changing deal, Tippi T-Rex is set to ascend to new heights as a globally recognized and engaging IP for preschoolers, all thanks to gripping storytelling, educational themes, and endearing characters.
