Inspired by the enchanting children’s book trilogy from famed writer/director Richard Curtis, That Christmas weaves together stories of kinship and camaraderie, love and solitude – and even Santa Claus making a huge blunder, all amidst a flurry of turkeys!
Featuring Brian Cox as Santa and stars like Fiona Shaw, Jodie Whittaker, and Bill Nighy, the film revolves around the lives of a quaint coastal town’s residents, whose Christmas takes a whimsical turn. That Christmas also debuts an exclusive song “Under The Tree” by singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran.
That Christmas is Richard Curtis’ initial venture into animation, taking on the role of writer and executive producer. This movie also serves as the debut directorial project of distinguished animator Simon Otto. From the production team, Nicole P.
