Pip and Posy, a heartwarming show about the adventures of two best friends, explores themes of friendship, empathy and resilience. With Sky Kids and Channel 5’s Milkshake! offering these preschool-friendly episodes, little ones get to learn about problem-solving, empathy and flexibility in fun and engaging ways.

We are elated to have Sky Kids backing the extended exploration of the enchanting world of Pip and Posy through the commissioning of these 22-minute specials. This new format allows us to develop more complex narratives and introduce new characters to captivate our young viewers.

Pip and Posy is drawn from the million-selling picture book series by acclaimed illustrator Axel Scheffler and celebrated author Camilla Reid, first published in 2011 by Nosy Crow.

Magic Light Pictures, holding the global distribution and merchandising rights to Pip and Posy (except publishing rights held by Nosy Crow), has released a comprehensive consumer products program featuring toys from Bandai, puzzles from Ravensburger, clothing items from Blues Group, and much more. All these aim to enhance the enjoyment of the thriving property.

The anticipated specials will feature directing from Leigh Fieldhouse with Stefano Dunne as Associate Producer, Hannah Elder as Line Producer, and Vici King, Michael Rose and Martin Pope as Executive Producers. Animation services are supplied by Blue Zoo. Pip and Posy currently airs in over 32 international broadcasters, including ZDF in Germany, FranceTV, Rai in Italy and ABC Australia.
