Introducing Miss Moxy
With Nowehoryzonty of Poland recently coming on board, the list of distributors for Miss Moxy continues to expand. The forthcoming film has already attracted buyers from the UK, Ireland, Bulgaria, Hungary, Romania, Czech Republic, Slovakia, former Yugoslavia, and Portugal. Earlier deals encompassed the Baltics, Greece, Iceland, Ukraine, Israel, Turkey, Vietnam, Taiwan, and Mongolia.
The upcoming 85-minute 3D CGI animation, drawing inspiration from a true story, is a collaborative creation between Dutch and Belgian companies; Phanta Animation, BosBros, and co-producers Eyeworks Film & TV Drama and AVROTROS. The story follows a domestic pet cat named Miss Moxy who goes missing during a vacation in South France, resulting in an adventurous quest back home across Europe.
Featuring breathtaking animation from renowned studios and a heartwarming exploration of friendship, Miss Moxy is scheduled for release in the Netherlands and Belgium on 28 January 2026 by Paradiso Film.

Embarking on North
The much-anticipated movie North is slated for release in Scandinavia in November 2025, with additional market acquisitions across Italy, Hungary, Romania, Czech Republic, Slovakia, former Yugoslavia, Bulgaria, Portugal, and the Baltics. Previous deals encompassed territories including Greece, Iceland, Ukraine, Israel, Turkey, Taiwan, and Mongolia.
Inspired by Hans Christian Andersen’s The Snow Queen, this 85-minute family adventure chronicles the saga of young Gerda, who embarks on a perilous mission to rescue her best friend Kai from the Snow Queen’s glacial clutches.
But Gerda’s journey is far from easy. As she voyages towards the icy realm of the Snow Queen, she encounters allies in the form of magical creatures and a benevolent witch, all the while unaware of the sinister eyes observing her every move.
Under the guidance of award-winning animation studio Anima Vitae, known for its work on Niko – Beyond the Northern Lights and the Emmy®-nominated series Moominvalley, North promises a visually stunning and creatively nuanced interpretation of the classic fairy tale.
At the upcoming EFM, Studio 100 Film is set to offer an exclusive preview of Miss Moxy and North, featuring 20-minute footage sequences. The screening is scheduled for Thursday, February 13, at 10:35 AM at CinemaxX 8.
