The charming world of Pip and Posy revolves around the playful experiences and heartwarming camaraderie of two best friends. This special episode is the first of three standalone adventures set to air in 2026 that celebrates their joyful friendship filled with laughter, games, and a few bumps along the way.
Pip and Posy’s Spooktacular Party unveils the story of Frankie’s hauntingly fun Halloween party. The highlight of the bash is a “best scarer” competition, with a crown for whoever gets the most scares. The unexpected twist? When a storm causes a blackout, and a shadowy figure starts roaming the flat, the party-goers believe they might have a real ghost on their hands. Will Pip and Posy set aside their costume rivalry to solve the mystery, save the party, and make it a Halloween to remember?

Originally, Pip and Posy is based on characters from Nosy Crow’s bestselling picture book series, illustrated by renowned artist Axel Scheffler, first published in 2011. Magic Light Pictures manages global distribution and merchandising rights to Pip and Posy (excluding publishing) and has kicked off a comprehensive consumer products programme to supplement the property. Various products are already available at stores, including toys from Bandai, tie-in publishing from Nosy Crow, puzzles from Ravensburger, costume play with Amscan, outerwear from Blues Group and nightwear and accessories from Aykroyds/TDP.
Leigh Fieldhouse directs the specials, with Stefano Dunne as associate producer, and executive producers Vici King and Michael Rose. Animation services are provided by Blue Zoo. The series has been picked up by over 32 international broadcasters, including ZDF in Germany, FranceTV, Rai in Italy, and ABC Australia.
