MTV Entertainment Studios has excitedly revealed the return of the fan-favorite animated comedy series, Digman!. Season two is set for premier on Wednesday, July 9th at 10:30pm ET/PT on Comedy Central. This exciting half-hour animation places archaeologists as biggest stars on earth and features the voice talents of Andy Samberg as the lead character, Rip Digman. The show will grace our screens every Wednesday night, right after the 27th season of the legendary South Park.
The groundbreaking first season of Digman! was the maiden project written and produced by Emmy® and Golden Globe® winning actor and producer Andy Samberg (famed for Palm Springs), accompanied by show-runner Neil Campbell (known for Brooklyn Nine-Nine). The star-studded cast, including Mitra Jouhari (Three Busy Debras) as Saltine, Tim Robinson (known for I Think You Should Leave, Friendship) as Swooper, Dale Soules (aka Orange Is The New Black) as Agatha, Guz Khan (from Our Flag Means Death) as Zane, Melissa Fumero (popular with Brooklyn Nine-Nine) as Bella, and Tim Meadows (from The Goldbergs) as Quail Eegan, will return for season 2.
