This former Beatle takes up multiple roles as the soundtrack writer, composer and producer for this animation delight. The film is an intriguing adaptation inspired loosely from a children’s adventure story, High in The Clouds.
When Wirral, a teenage squirrel, accidentally initiates a revolution against Gretsch, a tyrannical diva-owl banning all music in her town, he embarks on the journey of a lifetime: to liberate music.
This spellbinding adaptation is a brainchild of Toby Genkel, the acclaimed director of The Amazing Maurice, and Jon Croker who’s renowned for his works like Paddington 2, Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald, The Boy, the Mole, the Fox and the Horse.
